Opportunities:
The conference will provide many opportunities for academicians and professionals from Mathematics, Statistics, the Physical and Industrial Sciences and related fields to interact with members within and beyond their own particular disciplines. Cross-disciplinary submissions with other fields, especially Industrial Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics in Biology and Medicine, Mathematical Finance, and Algebraic Topology are welcome. The workshop aims to equip participants with knowledge in the rudiments of scientific computing, together with some exposition to contemporary trends in the subject area.
Millennium Development Goal:
The Conference in Scientific Computing and Industrial Modeling will focus on the Mathematics and Computing Science related to advanced computer modeling. There will also be discussions on Trends in Pure, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, the rudiments of Scientific Computing and how knowledge from the study of these subject areas can be applied effectively to support National development as well as the millennium development goal. There will be plenary sessions and contributed talks, together with one poster session. In addition, there will be one conference dinner and one free afternoon for scientific dialogue and excursions (historical and cultural immersion).
