DESCRIPTION:The Data Science for Child Health Now in Ghana (DS-CHANGE) Tea
 m Science Practicum for Students\, Faculty\, and Healthcare Professionals 
 brings together trainees\, faculty\, healthcare professionals\, and techni
 cal experts to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and transform cl
 inical data into meaningful research and health solutions.\nUnder the them
 e “From Clinical Data to Health Solutions: Building Interdisciplinary Te
 ams for Research and Biomedical Data Science\,” participants will explor
 e the challenges involved in converting routinely generated healthcare dat
 a into high-quality\, research-ready data. Key areas include data quality\
 , standardization\, clinical workflows\, privacy\, ethics\, governance\, i
 nfrastructure\, and analytical capacity.A major focus of the practicum is 
 the proposed Integrated Clinical Data Intelligence and Research Enablement
  Platform. Through interactive discussions\, expertise mapping\, design la
 bs\, and team-based activities\, participants will help define its require
 ments\, design a clinical-to-research data pipeline\, identify feasible in
 terdisciplinary projects\, and establish practicum teams and workstreams.A
 cross four stages—Connect & Engage\, Define\, Design\, and Plan & Delive
 r—the workshop will culminate in a shared implementation framework and a
 n actionable 12-month roadmap outlining responsibilities\, milestones\, de
